Villa del Sissi is in the picturesque fishing village of Sissi. Sissi is situated 40km from Heraklion Airport, 46km from Knossos Palace, 187km from Chania Airport and 94km from Sitia Airport.
Villa del Sissi is a family friendly 5 bedroom villa with a lot of indoor/outdoor relaxing areas suitable for big families to enjoy their holidays to reunite or celebrate special family occasions. It is also suitable for big groups of friends up to 10 people. The villa has well designed areas that cater to all your needs such as BBQarea with wood oven &grill, 12 people outdoor dining area, heated swimming pool area, ping pong and billard area.
Inside the villa there is a welcoming dining area , a fully equipped kitchen area and comfortable sitting area to enjoy a 72’’ smart TV or lounge with your favorite people. It is one of the newest grand buildings in the village and it is designed and built with great personal care from the owner and his family.
Villa del Sissi has 5 stylish bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Each room offers double or split mattress options, large storage place/ built in wardobes, smart 42”TV, air condition desk area and access to a balcony and seating arrangements overlooking the pool area.
It is situated in a quiet part of the village Sissi and is offering easy access to all facilities( harbor walks, sunset watching, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, supermarkets,shops, Pharmacy, medical centre etc

Up to 2 months prior to your arrival cancellation is free (the deposit is refunded). Up to 1 month (59-30 days) prior to your arrival cancellation, you get back 50% of the total renting amount that you have already paid. Any cancellation during the last month(30-0 days) prior to your arrival including no-show or early departure results in 0% refund.

By confirming a reservation at Villa Del Sissi you accept the rules. Here is a few simple rules and guidelines that will ensure a safe and hassle free stay.
Arrival Identification
Upon your arrival at the villa, all guests will be asked to hand over to the host their personal documents (passports or identity cards) in order to be registered with the Tourist Board. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Check-in & Check-out
We ask our guests on the day of departure to leave the villa no later than 11:00 am in the morning. The villa is available from 16:00 pm in the afternoon, unless otherwise agreed prior to your arrival. Staying at the villa after 11 am will be charged as an extra overnight. The guests are expected to leave the villa in the same condition in which they found it on the day of their arrival - tidy and undamaged. Note that 30 minutes before your departure (10:30) you will need to be available for the inspection of the villa regarding damages and losses.
House Keys
When your stay is over, you are expected to return all the keys. In case of loss the whole key mechanism of the door has to be changed for security reasons and you willbe charged the amount (from Damage deposit).
Quiet Hours
The Quiet Hours according to Greek Law are from 11 pm to 7 am and 3:00 pm to 5pm in the afternoon. Please respect the peace of guests and neighbors during that time.
Children Supervision
We support and encourage responsible parenting and strongly advise that children should be supervised at all times by adults in the premises of the villa and especially at the swimming pool area.
Swimming Pool/ Safety
All guests use the swimming pool at their own responsibility/risk. Children should always be supervised by adults. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children or adult non-swimmers without supervision to use the pool. Also, breakable materials (e.g glasses, bottles) are forbidden in or around the pool. Running or walking on wet feet inside the villa or around the pool is not advisable and it is at your own risk should you choose to do it.
Personal Belongings & Security
The host of the villa is not responsible for the quest’s property. Crete is a safe place tobe, however, we advise our guests to use common sense and when they go out to lock the doors and close the windows of the villa and also not to leave valuables in their cars. The guests are responsible for the security of the villa during their stay and the host is not liable in any case for any theft of valuables or money from cars and/or villa.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa and is only allowed in the BBQ area. It is important to respect the restrictions and never smoke inside the villa or the balcony. The lingering cigarette smoke smell might be the cause for the following guests to cancel their reservation leading to serious money loss for the villa.
Residential Use
The purpose for renting the villa is only for residential use and never for unlawful or offensive purposes. According to the Greek Law guests are not allowed to bring illegal, explosive, flammable, or poisonous substances or objects to the Villa. Guests are not allowed to violate the law in any other way. During their stay, the guests can use all the appliances provided at the facility and handle them carefully and according to their intended purpose. If installations, furniture, appliances, inventory or accommodation equipment is lost or damaged, the guest is obliged to notify the host immediately. Check and report any damage upon first entering the villa to avoid possible future arguments. Do not throw paper or other material in the toilets. It causes blockages in the drainage system. In the event of a malfunction of the equipment or appliances, facilities at the villa, please notify the host immediately and he will try to mend it as soon as possible.
During their stay, the guests can use the outdoor grill and wood oven, but they must provide the charcoal themselves. Please, handle the grill and wood oven carefully, to
avoid fire. Candles are not allowed in the villa or premises. Please act with care in the rented villa and be sure to turn off the electrical appliances and turn off the taps when you go out. When you go out, please close the parasols and all doors and windows, so that in case of storm, thunder or strong wind, no damage occurs in the property. The stay of the guests who do not comply with the house rules and disturb the peace will be unconditionally cancelled. In case of the cancellation by the host due to the violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount of the booked period, regardless of the shorter stay.
Special Circumstances
In special circumstances, the owners reserve the right to enter the villa even when the guests are not on the spot (e.g danger of fire or flood, house rules being violated).
