Yes, we do provide a 60 m² (5m x 12m) swimming pool which can be heated upon request and at extra cost per day.

There are 5 bedrooms in the villa all with their private bathroom. You can choose between a double matress or split matress option. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with a 45” smart TV, a desk/vanity area, built in wardrobe, access to balcony and have view at the pool.

There are plenty of things to do in the villa besides relaxing with a good book, or sipping a glass of wine by the pool and share a good talk. You can gather around the big dining table and enjoy a meal that you have prepared together in the well equipped kitchen or you can use the outdoors BBQ facilities for unforgettable summer evenings of sharing good food and good talks.

You can lounge and watch a movie or play a board game or if you want action you can play pool or even ping pong. Both are very popular games that provide enjoyment in the company of others.

10 people can sleep in the villa and we can provide travel cots upon request for babies.

Yes, our guests can use the official parking lot by AutoRentals Crete company which is near.

The procedure is very simple and stress free.
1. Upon reservation you are requested to pay 40% of the total rental amount.
Until one month (30 days) prior to your arrival you are requested to finalize your payment (rest amount).
In case you don’t pay, it is considered as cancellation and automatically you lose the deposit of 40%.
You can cancel for free till two months prior to your arrival (60 days)

2. In case you will pay all the amount earlier and you cancel your booking before 60 days ,we will refund you all the amount.
In case you cancel your booking between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, we will keep the 40% and refund you the 60%

3. Any cancellation during the last month(30-0 days) prior to your arrival including no-show or early departure results in 0% refund.

The climate tax is included in the price.
Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay cash a Refundable Damage deposit of 1000€.

It is allowed to celebrate birthday parties or special family occasions (pearl, silver ,gold wedding anniversaries, reunions, promotions)in a well behaved, civilized manner taking into consideration the neighbors and the quiet times. Stag/hen parties (batchellor) are strictly not allowed.

Yes, we provide upon request and as long as there is a supply.

It is not necessary, since there is a lot to do in the villa and everything in the village is within walking distance but if you wish to explore further you can have a 10 % discount on the car rental if you book with us. In any case, you are free to choose any other carrental company that fits your criteria better if that’s what you wish.

Yes, there is access to wi fi internet inside the villa and all around the villa premises. Yes, you can use your Netflix account.

Yes, in all the rooms of the villa there is air condition  as well as in the kitchen and dining/lounge area.
