Cancellation Policy

At Villa del Sissi, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring that we can offer the best experience to all our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy, but please note that the following terms apply:

1. Upon reservation you are requested to pay 40% of the total rental amount.
   Until one month (30 days) prior to your arrival you are requested to finalize your payment (the remaining balance).

   If the balance is not paid by then, it is considered a cancellation and the 40% deposit is forfeited.
   You can cancel for free up to 60 days prior to your arrival.

2. If you have paid the full amount earlier and you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

   If you cancel your booking between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, we will keep the 40% deposit and refund the remaining 60%.

3. Any cancellation during the last month (30–0 days) prior to your arrival, including no-show or early departure, results in 0% refund.
